The precise positioning Gantry Crane carries out high precise positioning of crane operation such as auto traveling, goods matching and handling of goods by connecting the crane to the information system.
It is able to draw positioning maps according to the cargo seats location, and travels according to control instruction. The error of hook can be limited within 2cm. When warehousing the goods, ERP system will specify the right seats in line with the goods information. Then the system will update the seats information once operation finished.
When out stocking, GRP system will send order to GCP, and the latter will give a task to the crane accurate positioning system. The crane will find and lift the goods out of the warehouse.
