Explosion-Proof Double Girder Overhead Crane

The explosion-proof Double Girder Overhead Crane is with an explosion-proof trolley hoist as the lifting mechanism. It has the features of mature technology, reliable operation, simple structure, small size, light self-weight, convenient installation and maintenance. This explosion proof double girder Overhead Crane is suitable for the maintenance, loading and unloading works at mechanical workshops, warehouses, material yards and hydropower stations with medium and light working intensity.

The crane is used with explosion-proof Electric Hoist, which is widely used in factories, warehouses and stockyards of chemical units. It has 2 control forms: ground control and cabin room. The driver's cab can be open and closed style. The cabin installation can be at left and right side, and the entry can be at side and end face.

Power supply: 3Ph, AC, 50HZ, 380V or custom;

Working temperature: -20~40°C;

Relative humidity: ≤50% when working indoors at 40 °C, ≤100% when working outdoors at 25 °C.

Altitude: ≤2000m.

Working duty: A3 ~ A4 or custom.

This double girder explosion-proof overhead crane is for the following dangerous working environment:

1. Proofing ability is not higher than grade IIB and IIC;

2. Flammable gas and steam-formed mixed explosive gas situations with ignition temperature group is T1 ~ T4 group;

3. Hazardous area zone 1 or zone 2.
