Crane Motor

Weihua provides crane motors of various famous brands from China and other countries. For your different needs, we provide different option motor brands such as Jiamusi, Jiangxi Special Motors, Siemens, ABB, SEW, etc.

Weihua suggests the right model motors according to users` crane, i.e. model ZDS Motor for double speed Electric Hoist and model ZDY motor for single electric hoists.

Crane Motor Model ZDS:

1. Application: Double-speed electric hoist.

2. ZDS double speed crane motor is a composite motor combined by a low speed drive device between two awl rotor 3-phase asynchronous motors.

3. The high-power one is the main motor, and the low-power one is the auxiliary motor. That makes ZDS motor has 2 different speeds.

4. ZDS crane motor is a horizontal type motor with cone brake and the seat is without foot.

5. This motor can be started frequently.

Crane Motor Model ZDY:

1. Application: Single speed electric hoists.

2. Conical rotor 3-phase asynchronous motor.

3. With automatic brake.

4. For both electric Hoist Trolley traveling mechanism and crane traveling mechanism.

5. For drive device that needs small starting torque and smooth brake.

6. It is a self-cooled type, and its front cover connects flange.

7. Stator: good moisture-proof performance and thermal stability, and its insulation class reaches level B.

8. Rotor: Running smoothly, less vibration.
