A speed regulator is a drive device of cranes. Crane speed regulator Model LDA is new type drive device for 5t electric single girder crane, it's an improved type of Model LD1. It has simple structure, small size, less noise, beautiful appearance, safe, reliable, smooth running, simple installation and maintenance, large starting torque, and able to be started frequently.
This crane speed regulator can be fitted on conical rotor brake motor (Model ZDY, 0.8Kw, 1.5kw), conical wound rotor brake motor (Model ZDR, 1.5Kw, 2.1kw) and solid rotor brake motor (Soft start).
The speed regulator and the conical rotor motor, the ring wheel with the ring gear constitute a 3-in-1 running mechanism that integrates transmission, deceleration and braking, which is commonly used for Single Girder Overhead Crane.
Its first stage closed gear is replaceable for the needs of different transmission ratio. 5 different speeds (20, 30, 45, 60, 75m/min) to meet requirements of users.
