Crane Festoon Cable Pulley

The crane festoon cable pulley can be used at I beam steel or C-shaped steel for transport cable of crane power supply. The cable pulley consists of a wheel, a bracket and a pallet. The flexible cable is fixed on the pallet, and the traction frame is synchronized with the cable pulley to realize the purpose of power supply of the Hoist Trolley.

The CH model I-steel cable pulley can be medium load type, heavy load type and light load type. Therefore, the wheels can be ¢86, ¢73 and ¢55. Carrying capacity <50~150kg, The cable/festoon are suspended and moved on this pulley. This pulley has been widely used in various cranes (5t-500t). with advantages of firm structure, flexible movement, safety and reliability.

The cable power supply system consists of 3 parts: the traction pulley, the cable pulley and the terminal pulley. The traction pulley follows the mobile mechanical cable (traction) device, and each mobile machine is equipped with 1 pulley, and runs with the moving machinery. The intermediate cable pulley suspends the cable in the range of the I-beam track and moves with the traction block. The two ends are equipped with buffer bumpers, and the pulley number is determined by the moving lengths. The terminal block is fixed at the end of the I-beam guide rail, generally 1 pulley for each moving machine. The head is with a cable tractor, the terminal is with a fixed hanging frame, and the middle is a cable pulley.
