The current collector is composed of carbon brush, stainless metal part and wear resistant plastic part. Spring can make the carbon brush maintain uniform contact. There is a traction arm for each group collector. The double collector system can be used for guiding device or higher current device.

The jointless conductor bar current collector is one of the main devices for picking up electric energy from the collecting side of the conductor system, and the electric energy is directly transmitted to the electric appliance through the sliding contact between the collecting brush and the guide rail, thereby realizing mobile power supply of cranes.

The current collector consists of a mechanical structure tension device and a collector brush that directly contacts the guide rail. The tension device of the mechanical structure determines the sliding contact pressure of the collector brush and the guide rail and the stability of the mechanism. The brush is the conductor of the sliding contact of the guide rail to pick up the electric energy. Its performance, quality, material and the structural components of the material will directly affect the safe operation quality of the whole system equipment. Therefore, the current collector is one of the most important component of the entire conductor bar system.
